Welcome to the Kansas City Baseball Performance Academy, powered by AthleteBuilder. Our training is designed with one thing in mind: helping baseball players perform at their best. Every workout is built around specific baseball performance goals, whether it’s adding velocity, improving rotational power or building durability for a long season. Backed by RackCoach, the same platform trusted by most high schools in the Kansas City area, our programming complements what athletes are doing at school while providing the extra edge that separates them from the competition. Most importantly, we track and share data throughout the year, so athletes and parents can see measurable progress and know the plan is working.

Our training is reinforced with the RackCoach Baseline biomechanics system, a cutting-edge screening tool that evaluates how athletes move in real time. By capturing movement from multiple angles and generating corrective strategies, we can prevent injuries before they happen and build long-term durability. Baseline’s proven data shows it can reduce injuries by up to 83%, ensuring your athlete stays healthy, on the field, and consistently developing..
